Casey's Story
Very simple for me friends, married a great guy, my best friend ever. We have four children, two married with two kids each. A daughter, aged 33, a son just turning 32, a son 30 and a son just turning 28. We lived in the greater san fran area for about 12 years then moved to so cal for about 16 years. We are now up in the Sierras of no cal where i grew up for several years, 2nd grade-5th mostly. We have been here for almost 7 years. We have two sons in the Coast Guard, the oldest a pilot, the youngest in the engineering field, our middle son is pursuing a p.a. path (physicians assistant), our daughter is a cpa. Thats just stat stuff, they are all unique and we really get a kick out of them, we talk every week with just about all of them. arents were'nt into us kids that much, let alone our children. They're loss, it's so great to have adult kids that are intelligent, challenging, adventurous, opinionated, fun, strong and purposeful. We have an interesting property in Oregon that gives us farm fantasies, some acreage with possibilities. We are constantly reading, researching and taking clases that relate to farming and animals. I grew up on a farm as a child and still yearn for the farm life, already have the country life and really love the quiet, the space and the connection with a small community. We have plans to retire to this Oregon property, but this economy does'nt look so hot ...retireing may be a few years away still. The most important thing in my life is that I'm a christian, as is my husband and my children. We are very blessed in every way . Interesting how our lives turn out is'nt it?
