. Grew up and was raised in "Old" DC where you could leave your bike in the yard or on the sidewalk and no one even thought about taking it. When families would pack up and go down to Haines Point in the summer and spend the night by the water. When Rock Creek Park was the hub of family activity and Glen Echo Park was just integrated. But we mostly went to Marshall Hall. Oh well those days and places are gone now, but DC was a great place to live and be educated and socialize in. i graduated from Mckinley Tech, went to DC TEACHERS. GW Grad School for Accellerated Certification in Event Management. i am a retired Federal , Dept of Defense Civilian Employee. Now, I serve Abba YAH and our Messiah Yahoshua. JOY UNSPEAKABLE!!!".
