Cathy's Story
Got married to a fellow classmate in 1966. (Tony Gennusa). He was in the Air Force so of course I followed. We lived in Orlando, Fla. and at Travis AFB in Vacaville, Ca. We returned home in 1970. We had a family of 5 sons including identical twins. We divorced in 1977. We remarried in 1981 trying to keep our family together and lived in the hill country of Bandera, Tx. in the largest log cabin they make. wonderful life with chickens, horse, and all the other animals (for I love animals) but Tony transferred to Lake Charles, La. for his job. I returned to Houston after the boys were grown and so did they. I have been in the Apartment Management since I came back in 1989. the last 5 years I worked and took care of my mom who had Alzheimers (what a horrible disease) - I hope none of you have to deal with it or with your family members having it. She passed away in Dec. 2007 and I still miss her terribly. But life goes on, I have 8 grandkids and love them all.
