Cathy's Story
When I think about all the life experiences since high school, its pretty amazing. Most significant change in my life was on my daughter's first birthday I accepted the Lord as my savior. My view of things changed. I know that I have the assurance that all things work together for good and there is no need for fear of anything except the Lord. I have three beautiful children and two step children from two marriages. We were married for ten years in my first and nine months in my second. I'm happy not being married at the moment. One of my step-children lives in MS and recently visited me with his wife and grandbaby. What a beautiful family. I am blessed! Costa Rica this summer. She's had her driving permit for a month. Please stay off the streets! I'm learning to be very patient. My son Luke is a brainiac at a Magnet school and will be attending high school next year. My youngest son is nine but has the mentality of a six year old and still unable to read. But he is such a joy and doesn't know a stranger.
I became a CPA in 1992 and have worked in various accounting positions. My most recent jobs were at a CPA firm in Jacksonville and now an assistant finance officer at the local school system. I've been thinking about starting my own business preparing taxes. I've had eight years of experience of preparing taxes for someone else and have been considering doing it on my own.
