Cathy's Story
Life
Wow! So much has happened since I last posted that it is hard to know where to begin. I'll begin with the present.
I currently am preparing to close out my law practice. This hopefully will only be a partial retirement as I hope to be able to do some legal advocacy against anti-Semitism and also some pro-Israel legal advocacy. However, I no longer wish to do the type of legal work I have been doing--divorce, child custody and support, consumer/contract law. nd has an adorable little boy just about 15 months old. Another of my sons was just married on Monday to a lovely young lady whom we have know her entire life because her mother and I have been good friends since before she was born. Another son made aliya and is a math major at Hebrew University in Jerusalem. My youngest, my baby, just graduated high school and was accepted to the engineering program at UIUC. But first he plans on spending a year in Israel at a yeshiva for some intense Jewish learning.
I am still married to the same wonderful man now for 38 years and am looking forward to the rest of my life! All the best to all of you-Cathy
