Cathy's Story
I moved to Greenhills my sophomore year from Finneytown and was not pleased, since I was leaving all my friends from elementary school one rival school district (2 miles) away. Consequently, I was even more quiet, shy, and bookish than before. (Even though now I had my own room.) ed German Cllub, and sub for the trivia-loving, nerdy "It's Academic!" team! I made good grades and got my name called a lot on Honors Day around graduation. Had a few loyal friends, a sister-Karen one grade higher in class of 71, and was the only senior to ride the bus home south of the lake since I stayed and took a 7th period Chem II class with the genius juniors. (I was prepping for college and a possible major in medicine. ) Wasn't very popular, probably considered a nerd, and didn't date much, overshadowed by my musically-gifted sister, I am surprised that people would remember me much at all from h.s
. My, has my life changed!
