Life Hey Class of '79, it's now been over 25 years since we graduated. I have been married to my husband, Rick, for 23 years. We have two girls, Lindsey age 21, and Ashley age 14. We lived in Gilbert for 15 1/2 years and moved to lovely Las Vegas, Nevada in August of 2002. It was a tough adjustment after growing up and living in Arizona since 1970. I miss my family. My brothers, David and Terry, their families, and my Mom and Dad are all still in Scottsdale and Phoenix area. Vegas has really grown on us though. The area we live in is beautiful and right near the foothills of the mountains. My husband is a landscape contractor working mainly on large resort, golf course and custom residential landscape. I've been lucky to be a stay home mom for many years. I do a great deal of volunteer work for my daughters schools, girl scouts, church, our HOA and anywhere else in the community I'm needed. I'd rather be doing volunteer work than housework! Our eldest daughter, Lindsey is a student at UNLV majoring in eduction.
