Cecelia's Story
MyLife is full and busy.
My Spouce is a wonderful Yupik Eskimo man named Ignatius, (but everyone calls him "Iggy") and I met after a local church service in Fairbanks, Alaska, at what used to be The Lighthouse Christian Center. Several months later, we ended up working for the same company (Princess Cruises) in Denali National Park, Alaska. We were married in Feb. 1993 and moved to The Kenai Peninsula,a town named Soldotna. My husband works for a local family owned bussiness, Soldotna Trustworthy Hardware. If you ever get up to Alaska, stop in and say hi. They specialize in sport fising, but can accomodate other building and vacation building needs, too.
My Pets
I have three dogs. The oldest is an Alaskan Huskey. Her name is Happy Fox. I, also, have a Doxon named Chico el Torro ll and a Long Haired Chiuaua named Memo. They are like my children to me and my kids love them, too.
My Kids
I have three wonderful children!!!!
I have an fourteen year old daughter named Elizabeth. I named her after one of my dearest friends from high school, Elizabeth Arriquin. They are now friends on Facebook! She is, a matial Artist (karate), and a very good student.
My son is Samuel . When I was a teenager, I feel in love with the Old Testement Story of the prophet Samuel and promised myself then that when I had a son, I would name him Samuel. I did just that!!!
Samuel is twelve years old.
My youngest is a daughter named Michal . She is nine years old. She is smart, very active, and love...Expand for more
s to chat with people. She was named after King David's (in The Bible) Wife , Her middle name is a well known verson of my maiden name, Noe.
I attended The University of Alaska, Fairbanks
Summer are wonderful in Alaska, There's so much to see and do! My family and I love to go fishing. Especially for King Salmon and Silver Salmon, but we go clam digging and Halibut fishing, too. Anyone who visits our wonderful home state, Alaska, can try these fun activities! Winter is a great time, too! Lots of playing in the snow and even ice fishing.
The one person from my past who I'd most like to see again is Martha Legett and Lucy Kodak, because they and i were The Three Musketeers in high school..
As a parent, it is very important to stand behind your decissions and instructions for your kids. If you let your children teel you how and what to do they will never truely respect you, but they do need to feellike they can talk to their parents about anything. As a parent I have to set an exapmle as to how I want my children to live.
I spent four years working with head start and travelikng all over my state , even to it's capital, Juneau, on several occassions, to promote early childhood education. I have certificate, awards, and letters of accedation on record with our local school district for promoting early childhood education.Early Childhood Education is a neccessity in all staes, if our children are going to have successful lives and persue a post high school education..
