In 1992 Mr. Adams relocated to Winona, Minnesota and served as the Coordinator for the Office of Cultural Diversity at Winona State University. Mr. Adams also served as Facilitator of Western Wisconsin Technical College’s Next Step Program.

America), a partnership with the 3-M Corporation and
Minnesota State Colleges and Universities.
