Cecil's Story
Life
I have had, am having, a very good, if on ocassion adventurous, life. I spent over 20 years in the professional theatre as an actor, director and producer. Most of my professional work was in Chicago and Canada, where I lived for 10 years, but I have also worked in NY and London.

ofessionally. My wife and I bought a 14th century monastic building ( a ruin actually, still uninhabitable) in rural France about five years ago. I plan to retire from SMU in summer 2011, just in time for our 50th reunion, and hope to spend as much time as possible in France after that.
I live in Dallas, where SMU is located; am married; love to travel; try to stay fit, including running marathons; love the outdoors, particularly rural France, the mountains of northern NM and rural Ireland.
