Chad's Story
* Served for two years in the U.S. Army after high school
* Graduated from Weber State University with a B.S. in Economics
* Traveled through Europe and Northern Africa
* Joined the Peace Corps and served two years in Jamaica
* Met my future wife Susan who was also a Peace Corps volunteer
* Obtained M.S. degree in agricultural economics from the University of Minnesota
* Married Susan in August 1984

* Moved to Arlington, Virgina where I startd my career as a U.S. diplomat
* Lived in Guatemala City, Mexico City (twice), and New Delhi
* Have two wonderful daughters ages 21 and 18
* Retired from foreign service in July 2006
* Began second career as Regional Director with the U.S. Meat Export Federation in Mexico City
* Looking forward to retirement and settling down in one place for a while
