Occupation: RETIRED AND LOVING IT!!! Bio: After graduation, I went to American River College and earned an AA degree in Business Administration. Right out of my two years of college, I went to work for the largest law firm in Honolulu as a legal secretary for a corporate attorney. After enjoying the island life, I came back to Sacramento and began working for the Employment Development Department as a stenographer (gosh, do we even have those anymore?). I sweated and toiled there for many years eventually working my way up to Data Processing Manager and then got recruited by one of the State data centers. I worked there for many years and got recruited by the Department of General Services working my way up to Assistant Chief of the Telecommunications Division. I finally retired (YES!!!) in 2004 at age 53 (sweet!) after almost 32 years of State service. I first married at age 27 and divorced 18 years later. I remarried when I was about 52 (I proposed and he said yes!). I now travel the world with my best friend and wonderful husband, Tom. So far we have been to Mexico and Jamaica many times, Venezuela, Thailand, Panama, India (during the tsunami!), the Netherlands, Belgium, France (ahhh, Paris!),...Expand for more
