Sandy's Story
Living in KS. I know, I know -- who moves TO Kansas. Still have been here over 20 years now and in a part that actually has trees, a river, and a lake. Am beginning to feel our age. Despite continuing quite an active life style have had to undergo knee surgery twice and a hip replacement. My passion continues to be being outdoors (courtesy of my dad) but being raised in the 50s and 60s also enjoy sewing, hand work, and creating stain glass (courtesy of my mom). Had a midlife crisis a few years back and jumped ship from teaching P.E. and Health Education to nursing. Am working the "grave" yard shift and sure hope the name will...Expand for more
not influence my future! Manage to get back to the St. Paul area at least once a year, mostly because twin sis Suzie is still in the area. Have also returned for all of the high school reunions that included 1967 yet am debating whether or not to go to this one in April -- hmmm. Perhaps it is because there were not too many folks at the last one, 6 years ago now, that I knew. Oh do try to make it on April 10th!!! (I've already taken off work for that weekend so am sure I'll end up going. Just last minute trepidations I guess). Would sure be wonderful to have a peak into our pasts and giggle, or at least smile, at our changes.
