Charin's Story
Life
Native San Franciscan. Attended Alvarado and James Lick prior to Poly. Parents owned and operated an automotive parts store at the corner of 23rd and Noe, expanding into the Marina in 1955 with a second store and a service station. rs (that was the period wherein I had my "15 minutes of fame"). Left publishing for Lloyds of London type operation(s) where I stayed for 15 years and eventually hit the glass ceiling (not all it's cracked up to be - no pun intended). I decided being in management was NOT for me. Entered Biotech industry in 1988. Retired on Friday the 13th (2007). My lucky day. Hope to live long enough and stay healthy enough to enjoy retirement.
Looking forward to "catching up" and becoming reacquainted with any of my former classmates who have the time and inclination.
Until we meet again - Stay Well and Enjoy Each Day.
