Charis's Story
Life
I revisited this site after years away because I was looking for someone in a later class. I figured I might as well update my bio while I was here.
I graduate with a degree in Journalism from A&M in 95. Almost immediatly, I began handling PR and editing the trade journal of the national assocation for romance novelists, which is based in Houston. Then I got married and moved to England, where my husband (a Texan) was in graduate school. We lived in the heart of London for two years, and then settled in the Washington D.C. metro area.

rently a baby and a toddler -- and I stay at home with them, whilst also endeavoring to write a full-length novel.
My parents still live in B/CS, and I travel back to visit nearly every eight weeks, so I'm frequently in Aggieland. I miss Texas, but I also really enjoy the diversity and opportunity -- and gorgeous changing seasons -- in D.C.
Didn't go to the ten-year reunion, but I am still in constant touch with my best friends from Consol, Barbara (Saatkamp) Taylor, Bonnie Cauble, and Ann (Streigler) Gwinnup. Don't see myself at the 20-year, but you never know.
