Life
Yikes! Almost 30 years! Well in the last 30 years I got married at 20, divorced at 25, married the same person again at 28 and divorced again (optimistic?) at
34. I moved from clovis to Pleasanton for my job, and then I met my future and (finally) present husband, George. We got married and lived in Incline Village (Lake Tahoe) We lived there for about 6 years.
I was pregnant with my first daughter at our 20th reunion
and now have 2 girls Michelle, almost 9, and Nicole is 7. We moved to the foothills of Reno when Nicole turned 1, because although Lake Tahoe is gorgeous, I couldn't grow things but for a few months a year, and was absolutely claustrophobic after I had my girls and was at home full time. You can only stay in the Grocery store for so many hours in the winter...Expand for more
before people start staring funny at you. My husband in a Ship Captain (general cargo) and travels across the oceans for 1 - 2 months at a time. For those of you who remmeber me with any clarity, here is a scary thought, I am the Brownie troop leader for 14 girls, they seems so innocent compared to my memories! Thank God, for that!
So I am a stay at home mom, still travel to Fresno to see my family a few times a year, have stayed best of friends with Jane E. Kell, even though the mniles have separated us, I have seen her often through these years and am proud to say she is still my best friend and will always be, she is still a hardbody little jock, and funnier than crap. I cannot wait to see so many of you next year, and I hope to hear from you as well. Best thoughts, Charleen
