Charlene's Story
Let's see. It's been a long time. Went to the reunion after 15 years and haven't been back to one since. At age 52! I'd like to get connected again. I graduated from Indiana University with a Bachelor's in Marketing/Business. Proceeded to get married and work in Market Research. After being married to a man who became alcoholic, it changed my life. I joined Alanon, learned about alcoholism etc. and then became an Addictions Counselor. ctions, I have a private practice in Naperville, IL. I am a later bloomer. I had my son when I was 43 and he's now in 3rd grade. I think back to those times in Angola. I think I had Mrs. Hedglin ?? then. We have a good life here and I love spending time back in Angola. We will have the family home there and our summer cottage. All of our parents are aging. My son and I went to Circle Hill Cemetary last summer to visit my dad's grave. I felt like it was a reunion standing there and seeing other people who have also lost their family members. Anyway, hope to hear from some of you.
