I always wanted to be a good wife & mother when I grew up. My family and friends thought that was a fine idea. As it turns out, they were right. Still don't do a good job at relieving stress. My husband is my hero because he has overcome so many raw deals in his life, but he continues to be a great person! The one person from my past who I'd most like to see again is Linda Schmaldinst, because she was my BFF before that phrase even existed.. I had a green parakeet named Pete. He was very friendly & a lot of fun except he loved to chew on the wallpaper because of the flour-paste on the back. Much later, we bought a American Red Cocker Spaniel the same day that we settled on our home in Saucon Valley. Great dog. Bad timing? Training a puppy while selling a house is not a good idea.
