Charles E's Story
Right now I am living in Pensacola Fl. I am and E7 in the US Army Reserve based at the 842nd Signal Company in Milton Florida. My mos is 25W40. I completed basic training at Fort Jackson SC. in 1990 and completed AIT at Fort Gordan GA. in 1990. I have been in the Army for 18 years now and I will retire from the Army Reserve in Sept. of 2009. My current civillian job is at Cox Communications and I am a Net-ops system tech. I have been at Cox Communications for 15 years. I am married to Karen Y Coleman (Jones). She is also from Pensacola. She graduated from Woodham High class of 83. She is currently employed at Navy Federal Credit Union. We have been married since 1988. We have three daughters. My oldest daughter Kristie is 22 years old, my middle daughter Kierra is 19 years old and my baby girl Kiah is 18 years old. All three of them graduated from Escambia High School. I moved to Pensacola in 1981 from Inkster Michigan. While living in Inkster, I attended two different high schools. From 1979-80 I attended Bishop Borgess High school in Redford MI, my 9th grade.
From 1980-81 I attended Inkster High school in Inkster MI my 10th grade.
From 1981-83 I attended Pensacola High school in Pensacola Fl., my 11th and 12th grade and graduated with the Pensacola High class of 83.
From 1st to 6th grade I attended Parkwood Elementary school in Inkster MI from 1971-77.
My 7th and 8th grade, I attended Fellrath Middle school in Inkster MI. from 1977-79.
After completing high school I went on to college at Southern Univ. Baton Rouge La. from 84 to 86. where I majored in Electronics Technology. I also briefly walk on the football and track team. I also attended Pensacola Junior College from 87 to 89 and majored in Electronics Communications Technology. From there I joined the Army in 1990 to the present. I got hired at Cox Communications in 1994 to the present.
