Hey everyone, I thought it was time for an update. Had my two week checkup today and my regular PT today. They were both impressed with my progress. I am 10 degrees from my flexion goal and 2 degrees from the extension goal
My post from yesterday some how disappeared. But I wanted to add a picture today of the knee. I just took off 3 inches of padding so the cold from the ice pack could get through. It doesn’t look to bad, rehab starts Monday.
