Charles's Story
Went to Austinburg Elementary 4th grade starting..I remember Mrs .Spinelli (math) and the
flashcard game we played in class..I had the nickname Chas, was the only African American
kid I believe in the school, but those formative years were full of fond memories....From play-
ing smear the q&&&# at recess to the field day races ...I had a crush on a few girls in my class
,namely MB, and Deb Hart.....Still have several of those class photos from those years...ie...

Ensman lived down the road from me on Forman Rd.
We moved i think around 7th or 8th grade to Tennessee, then 3 years later to Texas, where
Ive been since..I remember Stacy Williams? huge mansion house on route 307 and playing
tennis with her and Deb Pasqualone....when we were vibing to "Kid Dynamite" from Good Times....My best friend was Doug Gau...and I think Lenny Fenton beaned me in the eye
accidentally as I ran to 1st base in a little league game...Snowball fight at school with Susan
Cantrell....
