Washington, D.C. Postgrad Fellow, Goethe Universitaet, Hessische Institut fuer Friedensforschung, Frankfurt am Main, Germany. 1987-89. 1978-2000 living and working in Washington DC. with interludes in Europe. Worked on matters related to Cold War, disarmament, human rights, third world development, and international environmental issues. Eventually gave up on that and tried to make a few bucks as a contractor in the 90s. 2000- present, living well and sometimes working in Tucson AZ.
