Charles's Story
It's been a long time my grammar school days. I went to high school, went off to war, got married, had two children, lived in Florida for 9 years, worked as a musician and a truck owner/operator, moved to upstate NY, re-joined the military (spent 26 years in the guard-reserve program, was recalled to active duty during the Gulf War (1990-1991), and recalled again for the Global War on Terror (2001-2002), and then finally retired in March 2004. Went to work for the federal government in the early 1980's. Finally officially retired from my position as a federal law enforcement officer in the Baltimore area in April 2009. Still currently employed part-time as a police officer in upstate NY. I have been very involved in law enforcement senior supervision as well as counter-terrorism and anti-terrorism stuff for quite a while, and my career has been very interesting.
