Charles's Story

Married 1972 to present - Terry (originally from Texas, but we met in Arkansas). Terry is a grad of the Univ. of Arkansas with a BS in Dental Hygiene.
3 kids: Blaine 28, Kelly 25 and Trevor 18 (late arrival).
Worked for ExxonMobil Corporation 1979-2006, then retired. Then worked contract for ExxonMobil until mid-2007. Worked in various capacities: Land rep (East Texas, Corpus Christi TX and Houston); Valdez claims manager (Valdez, Homer and Kenai, Alaska in 1989); claims...Expand for more
manager (for east coast, but lived in Houston); human resources specialist (Houston); Land representative for Exxon's last coal mine in Carlinville, IL (2004 to retirement in 2006, thence continued on that job as a contractor until mid-2007).
Moved back to the Houston area (Magnolia TX, a suburb) mid-2007. Have been renting a house while we look for our last home to buy in Houston area of the Texas Hill Country (has been a long process, since this will be my final resting place.
