Was I missed? Honestly, I'm not sure - if you remember me, you'd remember that I was the quiet/shy type - anyway, I'm not as shy as I was (being a Toastmaster helps) - it also helps that I still like to run and that it's a good way to socialize (going to races and club events). Workplace
CMMI (it's a process improvement methodology) - Actually, I think I'm lucky since I'm working with folks who are easy to get along with and take care of business as well. (It may not be perfect, but it's pretty good.)
