Charles's Story
Life
Working at ADP in the payroll tax dept. Like to visit w/ my friends at Disneyland almost every wk. good thing for annual passes. I Have also become quite a world traveler over the past several years, going to such places as Australia, New Zealand, China, France, England, Ireland, Scotland, Baltic cruise which included (Russia, Finland, Denmark, and others), Panama Canal cruise, cruise between Greece and Italy.
I have also recently (class of 2008) worked on and completed my Masters of Business Administration degree, through Grantham University, an online university. orld. It was an interesting experience to go back to school 16 years after I graduated from Cal Poly with a degree in Hotel/Restaurant mangement, and to go to school, and to this time do it without ever seeing an actual instructor or other student, let alone the school itself.
Workplace
While going to Mt. SAC, I was able to spend the summer of 1984 as a security guard for the Olympics, mostly at Industry Hills, which was the diving practice facility and backup event location. I also spent three summers working at a Boy Scout summer camp in Big Bear, before landing my first and only real first full time job at ADP, having now been there since June 1990. I am still involved with high school basketball assisting Coach LeDuc at Glendora, having won four CIF championships since 1990.
