Charlie's Story
Guess I'm a true Aquarius as my friends have always been very big in my life.I've always felt that my "extended family"of the Branaugh's and also Grosshuesch's,Beilby's,Thompson's,Mutchler's,Peterson's & Harm's all help me survive after the very shocking & difficult loss of my father between my sophomore & junior years--which came 3 years after my mother passed away very suddenly with no chance to say goodbye.
Without the support they gave,I don't know that I'd have turned out as well as I did. (Really,I turned out ok,some say bet...Expand for more
ter than average)I just want to say Thanks.
I try to keep in touch with my inner circle of friends & was saddened by the passing of Scott(Spud)Grosshuesch this year who I met at Beadle grade school and hung out with in Jr,Sr High as well as during college .While some may have dropped off the "radar"so to speak,I always tried to stop & say hi when in town to Spud & his family & he always was quick to offer a beer & spend some time discussing our former "exploits". Besides one's family,close friends really make one's world go around.
