Charlotte's Story
Life
1/3/11
My husband and I are now living in Stratford, CT after living in Orange for almost 19 years. so that my 95 year old Aunt could live with us. I am very dedicated to my family. Our daughter, Charlotte Ann, moved back to CT a while ago, and she is the manager of a small jewelry store. She now has 3 children, and our grandchildren are: Rebecca almost 7, Alexander age 6 and Xavier age 3. She recently married someone from her past.
Our son David is now a classical voice major at Western Connecticut State Univ. As a tenor, he is keeping up the family tradition of musicians. He has been doing a lot of singing in the area in gigs, concerts, theaters in CT and, of course, in...Expand for more
school, where he has earned the leading tenor role in both Opera productions this year, plus a 3.62 overall average so far.
I am now the pianist for the Nutmeg Symphonic Pops Orchestra in New Haven. I have won several awards with compositions and songs that I have written. Most recently, I wrote an Earth Day song titled "A Single Tear', and I won an award with that in the international Song of the Year competition. It wias performed by the orchestra in April, 2011, just before Earth Day, and we are hoping to get it televised by a local station on Earth Day.You can see the video on Youtube by typing in Earth Day A Single Tear, and click on the video that shows 4 garbage cans.
