Moved to Phoenix, Artizona from Augusta, Kansas in 1981 after only 3 weeks in Augusta High School. My dad retired from KG&E and got a job with APS with better pay, better hours, and terrific weather!! Graduated from Dobson High School early and went into MCC a week later. Transferred to NAU for a semester, but didn't like the snow!!! Went back to MCC and changed majors several times. Dropped out to get married and moved to Castro Valley, CA and had a son. After 2 earthquakes, I decided it was time to come back to Phoenix! After a divorce, I kind of fell into the residential management business and worked my way up to Bookkeeper/Accounting. Several years/companies later, I landed an job working for a private residential club in Scottsdale as their Accounting/Human Resources. Enjoyed that immensely from Aug. 2000 until Aug. 2009 when I was laid off due to reorganization. Had several other jobs after that, but also had more medical issues to take care of.
