Chere's Story
I moved to L.A. to go to airline school in the fall of '68. Came back to live in Palo Alto and work for Hewlett Packer, where I met my first husband. We had two children, Nichole and Jason. I divorced in '78 and married again in '80. From that marriage I had a second son, Josh.
Moved to Santa Cruz County in '70 and have lived here ever since. I am currently single and live in Capitola.
Employed by Santa Cruz Title Company as an Escrow Officer/Branch Manager. Been in the title industry since September of 1975.
My oldest is my daugher and she blessed us with a granddaugher in March of 2004. Harper Jayson Chapman Robbins is a delightful addition to my small family. They moved back to Santa Cruz County two yeas ago. I love having them close.

ost my son, Jason, to suicide in 1996 at the age of 23. It has been extremely diffcult but has made me a better person. Not a day goes by that I don't miss him immensely.
My youngest son, Josh, is in Florida attending a trade school. He will be 20 in October and coming back to California when he is finished at school.
I try to meet my oldest sister in Stockton for lunch at least once a month.
I plan on retiring in Hawaii, when and if that day ever comes.
I am very active in raising funds for breast cancer awareness by participating in the marathon and a half Avon Walks' for Breast Cancer each year. I am also an avid gym rat.
Would love to hear from any one from our class. The only classmate that I have kept in touch with is Kathy Fogel DiMattei.
