HI everyone! for starters i have just turned 45 this past July. I'm married to a wonderful man, Mark he is 48 years old, I have a step daughter Susan she is 31 years old, I have a son Shane that is 24 years old. he has just got out of the United States Army. while in the army he did tours in South Korea and Southside Baghdad Iraq. he has recieved his degree in criminal justice, criminal law. he wants to work in the law field, he is going to cpcc to get his degree in deaf communication. my youngest daughter Courtney is 15 years old. she is a 9th grade student at Forestview High School in Gastonia,N.C. Courtney is profound deaf. Courtney has a cochlear implant in her right ear and has just had sergery july 23,07 and had recieved her bilateral cochlear...Expand for more
implant in her left ear, she has really opened our world to diffrent level of communication, everyone in our family signs "ASL". I myself am employed at Clariant Corp in Mt Holly N.C. I'm a deet chemical operator. yes go ahead and say it "i'm a maw maw" - I have three grand sons Austin Chase who is 9 years old , Hunter Mark who is 7 years old and Shane Michael who is 5 years old. we have 5 dogs, a rabbit, a bird. My husband and myself go on my week-ends off and take my daughter either camping or motorcycle riding. Mark & I both have motorcycles and we love to ride and camp. We look forward to bike week spring and fall at Myrtle Beach S.C. Courtney hangs right in there with us. Never thought i would be one of those biker chick, but yes i am and love it......
