Cherri's Story
Life
I'm currently living in Mission Viego after 5 years in Sacramento, CA. I am so thrilled to be back in Southern Cal and can't wait to retire (2years).I work for the California School Employees Association, a labor union representing classified (non teaching) school employees. I am the field director in the San Diego Field Office, one of ten offices in the state. I have been with them for almost 19 years after working in the Sweetwater Union High School District for 13 years as a secretary. top High. I have two sons, Mark and Bryan, who are both married but no grandchildren. Mark and Suzanne live in San Diego and Bryan and Brandie live in Vail, Colorado. I see them as often as possible. Ron and I were married for 28 years and have been divorced for almost 12 years now but we are still good friends.
I am now retired since 2006 and loving every inute of it. I lost my mother in December but still have my Dad (90 years old) to take care of. Takes a lot of my time and energy but we are both doing fine. Can't wait for our 50th reunionin October.
