Cherrille's Story
Life
After graduating from Whittier College in 1968, I became an elementary school teacher. I worked as a teacher, then became a Coordinator of Special Projects, onto a Director of Curriculum and Instruction and finally I was a school principal for the last 8 years of my 33 year career.
I worked long hours including weekends for many years and finally decided to retire in 2001. I went out a bit early but I was ready.
I recently went through a divorce. I always thought I would marry and stay married but life doesn't always unfold as you think it will. I have one daughter, Kim - she is tall, slender and beautiful. She married in September of 05 and had a baby girl September 25, 2007. I just love cuddling this little bundle of sweetness!

abble in stocks and like photography, enjoy girl stuff (nails, hair, shopping - the usual), I've always liked to dance (ballroom, swing or just movin' around a dance floor) and I have taken lessons off and on my whole life, I enjoy keeping in touch doing email and lunching with friends.
I have gone back to my original position of teaching elementary kids and love it. It keeps me busy, surrounded with gal friends and smiling.
My mom, 92 years old, lives locally on her own. I keep tabs on her and help out as needed. I do her paperwork and take her shopping and for appointments. She is forgetful these days but in perfect health.
I have traveled some while retired - Australia, New Zealand, Tahiti, Spain, Portugal, Italy, France - and even drove to Alaska and back east.
