Cheryl's Story
Life
My life has been full of a lot of ups and downs over the years. After I finished college I worked as a floral designer for a year and then had my daughter. I quit work at that time and didn't return until my son turned 6 when I started working as a reading aid at his school. I was married for 16 years and lived in Coal City, IL during that time. My husband passed away in 2000 and 6 months later I decided to get a change of pace and moved my children to San Diego. It was the best thing I ever did!! I love it here. I remarried in 2002 to a wonderful and supportive man. He makes me laugh, and let's me live my lif...Expand for more
e to its fullest. My children now are 23 and 20 and are beautiful, wonderful people. I can't wait to see how they grow into adults. My daughter just graduated from UCSD this year and my son is planning to attend UCSD after he finishes this year at a local college. I know that if I had stayed in IL their lives and the people they are becoming would have been totally different. I am a realtor with Village Properties here in San Diego and I love my job! I also am running a Virtual Assistant company specializing in the Real Estate industry in San Diego.
