Cheryl's Story
Wow...high school. Seems so long ago. Well, after high school, I recall my girlfriends (Tiffany Le, Wendy Wong and Clara Lee) and I going to Hawaii. After that was college at CSULA, graduating in 1995 with a BA or BS? in Accounting. I FINALLY moved out of my parents' home after graduation and moved in with my christian friends into a condo in Venice/Santa Monica. In 1997 I got married in San Diego...and the rest is...well, I'm still alive and God, the creator of the universe and the lover of my soul IS STILL IN CONTROL. I'm a servant of my Lord Jesus Christ, a helpmate to my husband of 11 yrs, and a never ending sacrificially, unconditionally, loving mommy to my five children. ANYTHING & EVERYTHING I do. Beware, if you befriend me, what may come out of my mouth may seem like preaching. But in reality, it is a sole desire to share with you how God has changed my life for the better and can change yours too. Being a wife, mother, home maker, and 24/7 teacher (I'll be home schooling 4 kids) is not an easy task. There is no monetary salary, chances for raises, or praise & recognition. Yet it is the most rewarding, fulfilling occupation in life. To serve and not be served. To have God meet ALL my needs, bless me in more ways than I can ever hope for or imagine is what life is truly all about.
