Cheryl's Story
Currently working as the City Recorder for the Town of Caryville. Many people ask "what does a city recorder do?" In a small town like ours, it can be many things. I am the Human Resources, Finance, Payroll, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and anything-in-between person. The best way for me to explain what I do is by either saying "whatever I am told to do" or "what nobody else wants to do". But, I do love my job and love the people I work with.

was married for twenty years but am now divorced. I wouldn't wish that on anyone. Which one - being married or divorced? Both!! Divorce was the hardest thing I have ever had to go through in my life! But, now that I am through all the emotions and tough parts of it, I am finding myself again and am beginning to enjoy being on my own. And, I am blessed with two great kids from my marriage. I have my son Logan and my daughter Caitlin who are my life.
