Cheryl's Story
After teaching math at our high school for 2 yrs, moved myself to Mesa Arizona and taught math at Chandler High School for 7 years. Met my husband, Ric, in Arizona. We've been married 22 years and have lived in Nashville Indiana since 1993. I've been teaching math for 27 years now and will retire from Brown County High School in 10-13 years. I was diagnosed with breast cancer in December 2007, had a mastecomy of my right side and diep flap reconstruction in March 2008. I'm very blessed and thankful to say I did not require radiation or chemo!! Four years later, I'm still cancer free!!!
Life has been great! We love to travel, ski, camp on the Ohio River and watch NASCAR races!!
