Cheryl's Story
Right after graduation, I married Louis, my husband for 40 years.
We first lived in Harahan, then purchased a home in Kenner. After 6 years of marriage we had our first son, Louis jr. Six years later our daughter Leslie was
born.
Our children both attended schools in Kenner. Our son joined the United States Navy after his graduation...Expand for more
from High School. While in the navy he met and married his wife Vickie, then giving us 3 grandchildren. In April of 2007 Louis jr. retired from the Navy and has returned to Louisiana.
Our daugthter Married and gave us 3 more grandchildren.
In 2002 my husband passed away. I am currently working part time for Wal-Mart, in Hammond, La.
