I have had a very interesting lifesince graduation. I went to Beauty College and 6 weeks before graduation I married my high school sweetheart and moved to Ft Rucker, Ala. Bout as soon as I got our home straightened & settled we were transferred to Germany. I got a passport and got there the same day he did. We found an apartment and lived there for about 1 yr. I got pregnant and by the time my son Robert was 3 mo old we moved on Base and lived there for about 2 yrs. We did alot of traveling. Holland, Belgium, France,Litchenstein, Switzerland, Austria, Spain, Portugal, Ireland, Germany. Then we were transferered to Ala. again but different post for a while.Then off to Colorado for a spell to await going to Okinawia. God sick and had to go meet my hudband in CA wtill I got better then we all would fly to Okinawia for the next almost 3 yrs. Went to Guam, Hawaii, Okinawia and toured. Our next post was Ft Benning , GA where my son John was born.We remained there for awhile then mved off post Due to a divorce after being together for almost 10 yrs. Very soon I met & married Tom who had a 8 yr old son. I eventually adopted Tommy, and Tom adopted my 2 boys.. We left Columbus GA, finished my hairdressing class I began after graduation from HS.Then I began nursings training for 2 yrs and became an LPN. Then went to TX for 3 mo of training. Then off to Germany for another 3 yrs. By this time I was pg and delieved Jenny before we were able to leave and go with Tom. We traveled more in Germany. Also went back to France, Paris and London. I was a Girl Scout Leader and trainer from 1971 in Okinawia till 2003.We also bought our first 3 Yorkies for breeding in England.We wetered several dog shows in Germany buy dog dhowing was not for me so I just breed for personaloty. Our 2nd time in Germany was highly into Girl & Boy scouts. Took them to the Iron curtain & Ocharlie area. Was very interesting. After returninmg to Ft Gordon in Augusta, GA we settled down & purchased a home and have been here for 31 hrs. My husband Tom was here less then 2 yrs. He liked to fool around & fathered a son not with me so he transferred to AL.We eventually divorced. His own mother living with us & his son both refuessed to go with him. So I am a single mom with 4 kids and an ex MIL living with me. Another 5 yrs went by. Nothing very special. Took in exchange students 15 of them off the next few yrs. Was alot of fun. I was still in GS & BS. I learned enough Besides being a nurse I trained leaders to become leaders. I was sent to Macy's in NY for training for 1 week and anotyher week in Switzerland for 1 week of training. Alot of fun. In 1968 I began breeding longhaired duchhounds (SP) and Yorkies. I had up to 14 breeding and a few pets. I retired from breeding Yorkies in 2003 after 36 yrs. Retired from nursing in 2009 after 24 yrs.
