Cheryl's Story
My life has been a blessing of adventure! I moved up to Alaska after my college hitch in Bozeman. We built our home in 1985 nestled up in the mountains above Anchorage, where we can strap on skis from our front door, or hike to the meadow for a romp with the dog. The beauty here is incredible, something one has to behold in person. Pictures attempt to capture its essence. It is a land of ancient cultures, massive glaciers, vast oceans, and active volcanoes. o, now working with Wells Fargo in home mortgage. There's less travel, & is a different industry to familiarize myself for future interests: the $$nest egg! I enjoy kayaking & botany-related interests, along with long winter activities: hiking, skating & skiing. Our faith in Christ is a central theme of our lives. My husband Tom works with kids having home hardships. Son Tyler lives in Seattle, working in film production. Daughter Rochelle is in the midst of college studies, here in Anchorage.
We are considering a move back to Montana this year to care for Mom. Job prospects look slim! Any thoughts?
