Cheryl's Story
I married Michael Harris in 1963. Our Son was born Nov. 1964 and a daughter was born in 1968. We moved to Simi Valley in 1970 where we lived until our divorce in 1974. My children and I moved to Canoga Park and lived there until I remarried in 1984, to Charlie Harber. In 1990 we relocated to Bigfork, MT., where I opened ...Expand for more
my own sewing business and Charlie worked as an assistant golf pro at Eagle Bend golf course. In 2005 Charlie was diagnosed with mild cognitive impairment which is a precursor to Alzheimer's. The disease progressed and in July, 2013, he passed away. I was able to keep him at home until the end and that was what he wanted.
