Cheryl's Story
I was quiet, didn't hang out with the "in" crowd...liked Art class the most. I can remember smokin in the girls bathroom was one of the best things to do. I had had a girlfriend named Sheila Warren, we dated the same guy - I think his name was Roy & he had a younger brother -Ricky- their family back then ran some kind of car lot. One of my major bf's was Preston Johnston. I had worked at the gas station on Keesler AFB. I met an officer in the AF in my senior year, married him & finished HS via the mail..got my li'l diploma in plastic!! I had 3 daughters, lived in Houston,TX most of the time, 10 years in Memphis,TN, back to Houston, to San Francisco, back to Houston, now I'm in Palm Bay, FL....love it here. I hated BHS, most of the time anyway!! I've been back to Biloxi many, many times. My daddy retired there & he died 2006. My mom, youngest sister & her son now live there in his house on Floy...Expand for more
d Drive. I love Biloxi in sooo many ways, and then in another I'm glad I left and never really came back to live. The seafood rocks though, so does a lotof the music. One of my best friends from High School was Jeff Kinard, he sadly was killed by a drunk driver maybe 2 yrs after I graduated. He was going to Oklahoma Univ. & he would come & visit me and my husby in Houston. Another great friend of mine was Sara Hall. She went into the Army, came back, married a man from Colorado - we kept up w/each other for a while, then got off track somehow, I'd really like to find her. I also dated Mark Wiggins for a while. I remember Cindy Bowman, Sylvia Cook (she had a baby while in school), I remember Debbie Morgan, Sherry Lambert, Kent(?) Freeman, Carl (?) Fallo.....I need to get my yearbook back! It's still at home in Biloxi. Anyways, hoping to hear from some peoples from good ole Biloxi HIgh School.
