Cheryl is from Ridgecrest, California. She has been married 32 years to a Navy jet pilot. Her schools include Burroughs High School. She later attended Monterey Peninsula College. church, does a lot of boating, gourmet cooking, bridge playing and loves to travel. She worked as a management analyst and later as a broker in NY, but has mainly stayed home with the kids and doing a lot of volunteering. She currently volunteers as a chaplain for hospice.
