Cheryl's Story

I'm Cheryl Wells and I was an actress and singer for many years. After high school, I studied Theatre Arts at University of Redlands in California where I received my B.A. in 1978. I worked as a writer for The Aerospace Corporation just out of college for three years and then moved back to Arizona. There I helped raise my niece (Leia) and nephew(Chad) with my sister, and helped my family recover from the long illness and death of my father. I went on to be an Interior Designer. I was a Nanny when design work was slow. Many of the kids call me Auntie still. It was hard to leave the kids but I had to get on with my life. Ammons the love of my life. We live in Woodland Park, Colorado now near Colorado Springs. My passion is Interior Design which I have been doing for over thirty years. I married Danny Ammons in 1997. He is a Flooring Contractor. We love living in the beautiful Rocky Mountains. I visit Scottsdale several times a year to see my family. Thanks to my sister Cindy I have four grand nieces and nephews who are so much fun. I have to say that my greatest achievement in life so far has been my family. They know me as Auntie and now with 5 kids under 9 years old they know me as "Grauntie". I miss all my friends at Saguaro High School and hope you all are well and that life has been kind.
