Cheryl's Story
Life
After I graduated from Washington Township High School in 1997, I went into the Army Reserves. I went to Ft. McClellan, AL in July of 1997 to Dec of 1997, were I was trained as a nuclear, biological, chemical specialist. After returning to NJ, I went to Rutgers in Camden, NJ and got my BA in biology in 2002 with high honors. ot married on March 22nd of 2003. After graduation, I applied to medical school while working as a lab tech. I decided to go to Thomas Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia in 2003. I also was accepted into the Naval Medical Corps, since I was finished with my tour of duty with the Army. So, right now (April, 2005) I am finishing my second year of medical school, happily married, no kids (yet) and I am an Ensign in the US Navy.
