Life
Hi folks,
Last name now Rhodes. My hair is no longer red. I'm told I am a blonde, but really it is white. No children, just nieces and nephews and students. Jay, (my Husband) died in February 2002. Retired (redirected my life) at the end of June of that year.
I plan to get back to my art work; I paint with oils, mostly southwest subjects: buildings, missions, pottery, baskets, people, etc. I also am trying to get more golf in, at least 2 or 3 times a week and play bridge most...Expand for more
Fridays.
I have two pups. Brigid a 7 lb. red toy poodle, and Oso Lucky, a foundling, who was found in the back of a friends pick-up all covered with dirt & ticks. He "cleaned up real nice." Think he is a schnauzer-terrier mix (he's black & now weighs 40+ lbs.
I'm still doing some part time work with a textbook company. I love it because it gets me into the schools where I worked and I get to see friends. Besides, it gives me some extra spending money.
As you can see, I keep busy.
