Chris's Story
Life
I left Albuquerque in my Sophomore year at Manzano when my family moved to Oak Ridge, Tennessee, in 1967. After high school I attended East Tennessee State University and then the University of Tennessee. I became a Christian in 1974, and in 1976 returned to school at a Christian college in Dallas, Texas, where I met my wife. We were married in 1979. After a couple of years in Missouri with an organization called Search Ministries, we returned to Dallas where I went to Dallas Theological Seminary. My wife and I recently celebrated our 25th anniversary, and we have three almost-grown children, all in college. Our oldest daughter attends the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, and we have a son and a daughter at Tennessee Technological University in Cookeville, Tennessee.
Even though I was not at Manzano for very long, I still think of some of my old friends and acquantances from the neighborhood (1413 Moon Street), and from Grant Junior High School. If you are one of them, please get in touch.
