Chris's Story

Life Hi Everyone, After school I worked and traveled trying to figure out what I would like to do for a living. I finally decided that I needed some direction in my life so I joined the Navy. I was stationed in Maryland, Guam and Washington State. I became and aircrewman in 1983 and flew on P-3 and C-130 aircraft. I have traveled all over the world. It was a great choice for a career. I retired on the early retirement program in 1995. I took the summer off and worked on my golf game. Then I went to work for Chrysler E-systems in Waco Texas doing the same type of work that I did in the Navy, installing, testing and troubleshooting avionics systems in aircraft. I am currently working at Raytheon in Waco Texas as an electrical maintenance supervisor. We do complete aircraft mods installin...Expand for more
g VIP interiors in all types of commercial aircraft, 747's, A-340's, 737's etc. The hours are long but the work is rewarding seeing the aircraft come together. We do some outrageous mods. One of the aircraft we did had so much gold trim that it could not carry a full load of fuel due to weight of the gold. We do some fantastic interiors. I have been married twice and am currently living with a wonderful woman. All tolled I have 6 children. 3 boys and 3 girls. I am still very active in golf, darts, softball and various other activities when work and family allow. I am living just outside of Waco Texas. I enjoy the hot climate but I am not real thrilled about the humidity in the summer. If you would like to hear more, or would like to chat please email me. I would love to hear from you.
