More about Chris:"I am the mother of two great kids. My son is 28 and has Sturge-Weber Syndrome. He attends an arts based workshop where he excels in painting, pottery, and theatrics. My daughter is 23 and attends Greensboro College. She is studying to be a second grade teacher. I just hope there is a job for her when she graduates.
I am also an instructor at our local community college. I am part of the Adult Literacy Department where I teach Compensatory Education. I teach adults with special needs.
I am an advocate for people with special needs, the poor, people suffering with HIV/AIDS. I have many causes.
