Chris's Story
i've been married for 31 years now to the husband i always dreamed of (& the child i never had!). i'm the stepmom to 2 wonderful men, and mom-in-law to their wonderful brides, and the proud grandma of 4 beautiful grandbabies (2 live in illinois and 2 live currently in california but are moving to kuwait!). we had a wonderful visit over the memorial day weekend visiting the california group! LOVED san diego (& of course, the grandkids).
we have 3 dogs (we've had up to 6 dogs at one time - which even i say is too much now - & dream of getting down to just 1 SMALLISH dog...someday) and 6 miniature donkeys. we started out with 2 brood mares in jan 2006. one had a baby in april 2006, and all 3 of them had babies this summer. our 200...Expand for more
6 baby, being an only child that year, is a bit spoiled, but her baby, sir walter wally, is just sweet, sweet, sweet as are his 2 "sisters", lady helene & sable blue. all 6 have different personalities, and as you can imagine, we do a lot of joking around with a synonym for "donkey" in the punchlines!
i created my top 10 list. if there'd've been 10 songs by the stones available for selection, they'd be in the list!!! you will note that i DID NOT include HONEY, MACARTHUR PARK, or YOUNG GIRL in my list, even though they were available!!! thank god we didn't have rap back then (although tighten up is close...but it's by archie bell & the durells of houston, tx...where we lived for about 14 years, so you know i had to include them!).
